Cooperative Society

Halal Investments

Yes. All MultiBiz products are fully Sharia-compliant, structured on profit-and-loss sharing principles, and completely free from interest (riba).
Returns are calculated on a profit-sharing basis. The percentage is agreed upon at the time of investment, detailed in your agreement, and reported quarterly.

Real Estate

Absolutely. We serve diaspora Nigerians and international investors through our USA office. Our team guides you remotely through the full process including documentation and title transfer.
All properties come with verified documentation including Survey Plans, Deeds of Assignment, and where applicable, Certificate of Occupancy (C of O). Our legal team handles all documentation thoroughly.

4. Sharia Compliance
